Looking for someone that is an out-the-box thinker and serious about seeking a partner. Mine is a long story, but in short I am widowed (four and a half years) and the solo parent to my 14 y/o son. My life thus far has been far from normal and I never dreamt I would be in this position. Here I am and would really love to meet my life partner (I prefer that term to soul mate) but want to meet someone special and that will take out-the-box methods : ) Although the last seven years of my life have been crazy (losing my wife to cancer) I still believe in magic and that is what I seek and will not settle for anying less.

Out-the-box thinking type that considers the universe has ways of bringing two people together and there is that small perhaps that can happen via a dating site introduction.
In the dating site zone it is obviously very different to meeting someone face-to-face so I imagine an exchange of text [removed]
I am pretty sure that my partner will be someone artistic with a creative flair. I write / play music and have dabbled with photography since 35 mm :) I have also started to paint so it would be good to have a common interest in one of these areas. Have recently started to grow my own veggies and would love to grow the majority of food that we eat and to be proper organic. The idea of living off-the-grid appeals to me . I love the outdoors and going for a walk with my camera. I consider myself spiritual but certainly not religious. So - ideal match? I guess someone to share life's special moments albeit the simple things. I understand that my profile is probably not the usual 'let's meet for coffee and see' so this is a reflection of my thinking.
